Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. If your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item does not meet your expectations.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item, including any necessary return authorisation.
- Package Your Return: Please package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the faulty item. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a faulty item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the exchange as per your request.
5. Processing Time
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.
